Booking / Cancellations
How to Book
A deposit is required for all first-time clients. Deposits are made via Venmo or Cash App. This amount will be applied toward your total service. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hrs. before your appointment and you will be refunded, or we can use the $ for a reschedule. Failure to cancel 24 hrs. before your appointment will result in a full cancellation fee of your deposit. Please text to book appointments, this keeps your request in que and doesn't allow for miscommunication, we do not answer the phone while working with clients.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel please note, we require a 24-hour notice to avoid a full service charge cancellation fee. Many clients are waiting to get an appointment and time is needed in order to book. This policy is in place so I have enough tIme to fill the available appointment to avoid A loss In projected income. The missed appointment fee must be received in order to rebook any future appointments.
Late
Always text me if your going to be late. If you are running more than 10 min. late your appointment may need to be modified for time purpose. More than 15 min. and your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled with a $25 fee.
